War Falls is located in remote wilderness in the Central Interior of British Columbia, Canada. The only access is through a forest road by the community McLeod Lake (40km from Mackenzie or 130km from Prince George). Situated in a secluded area in Carp Lake Provincial Park of BC, the waterfalls preserves much of its untouched charms and unique landscape, owing to glacial activity during the last ice age. The hiking trail is about 1km round trip to a viewing platform at the base of the waterfalls. It’s an excellent hiking trail for the entire family, young and old. War Falls can be a great outdoor venue for wedding photography, engagement photos, portrait shots, and family group pictures.
